Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the cutting tools and the relative products; achieving the sales target according to the marketing plan;
2. Develop new markets and customers, visit and follow up the customers and increase the sales scope of the products;
3. Handle customer complaints, track and handle the complaint results, establish and maintain the customer relations and improve the customer satisfaction;
4. Responsible for the collection of the market information and the analysis of the competitors of the region;
5. Cooperate with the project manager to do well in the project communication, and make the quotation sheet and orders as well as the sales/purchase contract;
6. With above 2 years of experience in the sales of cutting tools or above 4 years of experience in machining, tool preparation and tool management;
7. With good marketing skills, strong capacity of market planning and operation and courage to challenge, able to achieve the annual sales target, available for business trips, with sense of responsibility, able to withstand great working pressure and with a strong team spirit;
8. Mastering the metal cutting technique and the metal tool model selection technique, familiar with the use of the cutting tools as well as the cutting tool classification and development situation of the metal cutting industry;
9. With good working attitude, able to work stably for a long term, optimistic, confident, cheerful, easy-going, honest and faithful;
10. With a good computer skill, majoring in marketing or mechanical design & manufacturing, with the junior college degree or above.
11. Preferably with customer resources.
